Leadership, management essentials, strategy development and implementation are key competencies, which new and experienced healthcare leaders need to excel in their daily and future challenges.

This three-days program covers the basics skills all leaders in healthcare organizations and related industries need in order to excel in daily and future challenges.
An international faculty of thought leaders from Europe, US and Asia with background from Ivory league level business schools, experienced C-level- and front-line leaders from major hospitals, medtech-, pharmaceutical- and consulting industries will provide intense in-depth training.
The program is sponsored by the leadership academy of the University Hospital Brussels (UZ Brussel, Belgium) in collaboration with the visionary Voice Of Healthcare think tank (VOH, Delhi, India).
